Air Fryer Egg Rolls Ingredients

  • Frozen Egg Rolls – I used Pagoda chicken egg rolls, but you could use your favorite brand.
  • Spray oil – This is optional, but I highly recommend it for ultra crispy egg rolls.

How do I make frozen egg rolls in the Air Fryer?

This snack or side dish couldn’t be any easier; all you need is an Air Fryer.

  1. Preheat. Allow the air fryer to warm up to 350 degrees F for 1 minute.
  2. Spray. Spray the air fryer basket or rack with oil, then place your egg rolls in a single layer with space for air flow. Spray the egg rolls with oil for extra crispiness.
  3. Cook. Cook your egg rolls for 14 minutes, making sure to flip them halfway through the cooking time for even cooking. Let them sit for 1-2 minutes before serving.

How to Store and Reheat Air Fryer Egg Rolls

To store these egg rolls, just place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge. These egg rolls will stay fresh for up to three days. To reheat, just pop back into your air fryer for 2-3 minutes!

Tips for the best Air Fry Egg Rolls

  • Don’t overcrowd your basket. You want your egg rolls to cook thoroughly, and that relies on space for air flow.
  • Remember to shake your basket halfway through so both sides are nicely browned and the fillings are warm throughout.
  • Add a thin layer of spray oil for that classic golden color and great crunchy texture.
