I know that my weeknights are insane. I’m always running around, there’s at least two dogs under my feet, and I have a pile of laundry that I still haven’t gotten around to. And I’m somehow supposed to find time to make dinner? Some nights, it feels impossible.

These Easy Keto Nachos are the perfect solution! They are very similar to my super popular Buffalo Chicken Taquitos, on my other site Maebells. They have always been one of our favorites.

They are quick, easy and require minimal ingredients! So I put a little spin on it and came up with these Easy Keto Nachos!

I love these Easy Keto Nachos because they are just as flavorful as their carb-full counterparts. Not only are they so satisfying–with their crunch and cheesiness mixed with the taco meat and my favorite nacho fixings–but they are a SNAP to bring together. Seriously, if you’ve got ten minutes, you’ve got nachos!

How do you make Keto Chips?

These Keto Nacho Chips hit every dietary box- they are naturally grain free, which makes them perfect for a gluten free diet. The cheese in this recipe is baked until beautifully crispy and that is used to make your tortilla chips- making these Keto Nachos low carb and keto!

The best part? These amazing cheese chips are ready in ten minutes! To make Keto Nachos you need to follow these simple steps:

  • Cut a cheese tortilla into wedges: alternatively, you can use cheese slices if you wish.
  • Place the cheese wedges on a silicone lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until browned and crisp.

How do you make Keto Nachos?

After you prepare your cheese chips, layer on whatever you want to make this dish your own. We added taco meat, tomatoes and sour cream (and devoured it all!), but there are so many ways to create these Easy Keto Nachos.

If you’re entertaining for a party, these Nachos would make a great appetizer. Or if you’re like me and love any excuse for nachos, make them for dinner! These Easy Keto Nachos are the perfect dish for a quick, satisfying supper that everyone will love!

Where can I find cheese wraps?

There are several different brands that offer these cheese wraps in a variety of different flavors. I used Colby-Jack and love the flavor it provides.

You can easily find these at major grocery stores, usually in the cheese cases near the deli.

Do I have to use a silicone baking mat?

For the best results, please use a silicone baking mat. They are inexpensive and you will use them for so many things. They prevent the chips for over baking and they come off cleanly without sticking.

Is taco seasoning keto?

Maybe! It depends on the brand. If you are purchasing a packet of store bought taco seasoning take a peek at the nutrition. There are several brands that use thickeners such as cornstarch that add hidden carbs.

I actually use this homemade taco seasoning; it has basic spices I always have on hand and adds great flavor without too much spice.
