Depending on the season, the possibilities are endless! In the summer, there is nothing better than avocado toast topped with tomato and fresh basil. How do I Make Smoked Salmon Toast?
Pop your toast in your oven or toaster until it is your shade of perfectly toasted. Mashup your avocado or cream cheese in a bowl with a splash of lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Smear that creamy goodness on your toast, top it with a slice of smoked salmon, capers and red onion to taste.
Play with this as much as you would like! If you are a bagel person, grab your favorite bagel instead of sandwich bread! If you want to make it really fun and mix cream cheese and avocado, you are my kind of person 😉 Adding cucumber to this mix is always nice too!
