Ingredients for Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
As always, this is a quick overview of the ingredients you will need to make these crispy, crunchy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts. For the complete recipe just keep scrolling:
- Brussels Sprouts: small to medium size sprouts are best for this recipe. If your sprouts are really large you will need to quarter them.
- Soy Sauce: just a dash of soy sauce creates amazing flavor!
- Oil: you will need to toss, or spray these sprouts with oil so they are perfectly crisp.
- Salt and Pepper: of course you will need salt and pepper to taste.
You will also need mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce and toasted sesame seed oil to make the dipping sauce. This isn’t required but it is definitely recommended! It is similar to yum yum sauce and pairs perfectly with these crispy sprouts.
How to make an Asian Dipping Sauce
This sauce only requires 3 ingredients and no special appliances! Simply mix together mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and toasted sesame seed oil for an amazing, flavorful sauce. This Asian-inspired sauce is delicious with vegetables, wraps, fries, and more!
How to Cook Brussels Sprouts in the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 3 minutes. While the air fryer is preheating cut the sprouts in half, toss with oil, soy sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the sprouts evenly in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes open the basket and shake or toss the sprouts and cook an additional 4-6 minutes until done to your liking.
Can you put frozen brussels sprouts in the air fryer?
Yes, you can air fry frozen brussels sprouts. I’ll be honest, though–I haven’t tried it with this recipe. If you’d like to, frozen brussels sprouts should cook at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes (flipping or shaking halfway through).
What to serve with Brussels Sprouts
These tender, crispy brussels sprouts will go with nearly anything! I love to serve these with Asian Keto Steak Rolls or Grilled Pork Tenderloin. You could pack leftovers for lunch with these Keto Lettuce Wraps for an easy, healthy meal, too!
