A few weeks ago I made these incredible Keto Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars that only have 2.4 net carbs per bar. They are seriously phenomenal but they were missing something… coffee! I love having coffee with my sweet treats and a regular hot cup of coffee just wasn’t hitting the spot. I needed to indulge in a sweet, creamy coffee frappuccino.

Straight to the kitchen I went and began working on this low carb frappuccino and it immediately hit the spot! If you are missing your favorite coffee shop treat then you have to get to the kitchen right now and whip up this recipe! You will not be disappointed, my friends.

How many carbs does a Cinnamon Frappuccino have?

This Cinnamon Frappuccino only contains a whopping 2.1 net carbs per 16 ounces (oz) drink! Isn’t that amazing! If you went to Starbucks and ordered a 16 oz frappuccino it would have 50 grams of carbs! This drink comes nowhere close to the carb count of the traditional drink but it has all the delicious flavor!

Ingredients for Keto Cinnamon Frappuccino?

As always, this is a quick overview of the ingredients you will need for this recipe. To get the complete recipe just keep scrolling. In addition to a good blender and ice you will need:

  • Strongly brewed coffee, chilled
  • Unsweetened almond milk and Heavy cream
  • Vanilla extract and Cinnamon
  • Sweetener: such as Monkfruit or Swerve sweetener
  • Optional: MCT oil and whipped cream

How do you make a Keto Cinnamon Frappuccino?

It truly could not be easier to make this frappuccino at home! It is made at a fraction of the cost and carbs it would be at any coffee shop. To whip up your delicious keto pick me up, simply combine all your ingredients in a blender and blend!

The most important part of this recipe is a good strong cold coffee. You can make legit cold brew coffee but it takes about 15 hours but that is not necessary here! I like to make a strong pot of coffee at the beginning of the week and store it in a mason jar in the refrigerator for my afternoon frappuccinos.

Ingredients 

  • 2/3 cup strongly brewed coffee chilled
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Monkfruit or Swerve sweetener
  • 1-2 tablespoons MCT oil, optional, not included in the nutritional info below

Instructions 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
