Buffalo Chicken bites are similar to boneless Buffalo wings. The Buffalo sauce is a tangy sauce with just a bit of heat. It has some similarities to hot sauce but has a slightly different flavor. It is also thickened with melted butter and other ingredients.
These particular Buffalo Chicken Bites are cooked in the air fryer unlike most chicken bite recipes or chicken wings which are deep fried. Why did we choose to use an air fryer? It is quicker, requires less clean up, and healthier than deep fried versions.

This easy air fryer chicken recipe comes together in less than 30 minutes with only a couple simple steps. Here is a quick step-by-step guide to prepare the recipe.
Season the chicken
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees. Toss the chicken pieces in the oil and set aside. Stir together the coconut flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Add to the oiled chicken and toss to coat.
Air fry the chicken
Once preheated, spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray and carefully add the chicken pieces in a single layer.
