- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp bacon grease or lard
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
Combine all ingredients together with your hands until spices are evenly distributed
Divide the mixture into eights and shape each section into a patty
Heat skillet to medium heat and spray with oil
Fry sausage 3-4 minutes on each side until completely cooked and brown
