- 1 pound chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
- 12 ounces fresh green beans ends trimmed and cut in half
- 1 tablespoon EACH olive oil lemon juice, and minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon EACH garlic powder and lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the air fryer at 375 degrees for 3 minutes.
Toss the chicken and green beans with the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, garlic powder, zest, salt and pepper.
Add the green beans to the preheated air fryer basket and cook 6 minutes. Shake the basket or turn with tongs and cook an additional 4-5 minutes until the green beans have begun to brown and the chicken is cooked through.
Remember the cooking time will vary based on how big the pieces of chicken are. The best way to determine when the chicken is done is by using an instant-read thermometer.
