I cooked my air fryer quesadillas for 4 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other, but if you prefer yours to be a little more browned, you could cook for 5 minutes on each side.

More Air Fryer Recipes
- 2 medium-sized tortillas
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, both cheeses, and buffalo sauce. Mix well.
- Fill each tortilla with half the chicken cheese mixture and place in the air fryer. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip, then cook an additional 4-5 minutes.
The circulating air may cause the top fold of the tortilla to fly up a little bit. After about 1-2 minutes of cooking, check the quesadillas and just press the top down if it has come up. The melting cheese should hold it down at this point.
