- Juice and Zest from 1 lime about 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeño seeded and diced or 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños
Combine the lime juice, zest, olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and cumin.
Add the chopped green onions and seeded jalapeño to the marinade and stir well.
Pour the marinade over the meat or vegetables and chill 30 minutes to 4 hours for the best flavor.
