1/3cupolive oil
1/4cupred oniondiced
1/2cupcilantroroughly chopped
1jalapeñoseeded and diced
3limesjuiced
3clovesgarliccrushed
1tablespoonbrown sugar monk fruitor regular brown sugar if you're not keto
1/8teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
Pour the marinade into a large plastic bag, add the chicken and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
