Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4 large lemons or 8 small lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • ¾ cup peach schnapps
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • 2 cups peach slices fresh or frozen
  • Fresh thyme and lemon slices optional for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, stir together the fresh lemon juice, sugar, and water until well combined and the sugar is fully dissolved (this may take 1-2 minutes).
  • Stir in the peach schnapps and bourbon.
  • Stir in the peaches, then serve with fresh thyme sprigs and lemon slices if desire!

Notes

  • You can store this in the fridge for up to 3 days with the peaches or up to 7 days without the peaches.
  • This is a citrusy, peachy cocktail that can be made for a crowd!
  • Fresh or frozen peaches work well in this recipe. If your ingredients aren’t chilled and you want to serve this right away, adding frozen peaches helps chill it quickly!
