These easy Air Fryer Salmon Bites are coated in seasonings and air fried to perfection in just 10 minutes! This healthy recipe is naturally low-carb and works great as a meal, appetizer, or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pound salmon fillets skin removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • Optional: lime wedges

Instructions

  • Place the salmon pieces in a large mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil. In a separate bowl, combine the spices.
  • Sprinkle the spices over the salmon and stir to coat. Be sure the salmon is nicely coated on all sides.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes to 390 degrees F.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer with cooking spray or use a liner. Cook the salmon for 3 minutes, toss or turn the salmon, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Garnish with finely chopped parsley, cilantro, and lime wedges if desired.
