- 1 lbs brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
Slice the ends off the Brussels sprouts, then halve and place in a large bowl.
Add the parmesan cheese, oil, and seasonings and toss the Brussels sprouts to combine.
Grease your air fryer basket with cooking spray and add your Brussels sprouts. Air fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Serve!
- It is normal for some of the outer leaves to fall off during the cooking process. They crisp up and taste great on their own!
- I finished these with a little more flaky sea salt, and they were amazing!
- For softer insides, soak your brussels sprouts in warm water for 10-15 minutes before tossing with oil and seasonings.
