Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs boneless/skinless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce (I used Frank’s)
  • Ranch or bleu cheese dressing optional for dip

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.
  • Toss the chicken pieces in the oil and set aside.
  • Stir together the coconut flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Add to the oiled chicken and toss to coat.
  • Once preheated, spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray and carefully add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Air fry for 10-12 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees), flipping halfway through.
  • Toss in buffalo sauce. Then serve with ranch or some additional buffalo sauce!

Notes

  1. These are so good on salads and in wraps.
  2. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  3. These are for spicy buffalo sauce lovers. You can use less buffalo sauce if you’re sensitive to spice, or skip tossing them in the buffalo sauce and dip them in it instead!
