Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Slice the ends off the Brussels sprouts, then halve and place in a large bowl.
  • Add the parmesan cheese, oil, and seasonings and toss the Brussels sprouts to combine.
  • Grease your air fryer basket with cooking spray and add your Brussels sprouts. Air fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Serve!

Notes

  • It is normal for some of the outer leaves to fall off during the cooking process. They crisp up and taste great on their own!
  • I finished these with a little more flaky sea salt, and they were amazing!
  • For softer insides, soak your brussels sprouts in warm water for 10-15 minutes before tossing with oil and seasonings.
