This easy Homemade Cajun Seasoning Mix will add great flavor to any recipe! Easily adjust the level of heat depending on your preferences.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons EACH: salt, roasted garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon EACH: onion powder, basil, thyme, oregano
  • 1-3 tablespoons cayenne depends on how much heat you prefer

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in an airtight jar.

Notes

Use 1 tablespoons of mix per pound of meat.
If you enjoy spice but not hot food, 1 tablespoon of cayenne will suffice. If you enjoy very spicy food, use up to 3 tablespoons of cayenne seasoning.
