Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 3 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a small ramekin and add the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and egg white. The mixture will be thick, be sure not to over mix, just mix until it is combined. It will be glossy like boxed brownie mix is. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F for 3 minutes. Add the ramekin to the preheated air fryer.
6 minute cook time: will likely give you fudgy brownies that are cooked all the way around the edges and slightly underdone in the center.
8 minutes cook time: will likely give you brownies that are cooked all the way through.
  • Allow brownie to sit for 1 minute before eating.

Notes

If you prefer to use coconut flour instead of almond flour, reduce to 2.5 teaspoons.
