Ingredients

  • 1 rutabaga peeled and cut into thin fry shapes
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Peel and cut the rutabaga into small fry shapes.
  • Toss with oil and salt.
  • Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, flip and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until crisp.
