Ingredients

peeled and cut into thin fry shapes

avocado oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Peel and cut the rutabaga into small fry shapes.
Toss with oil and salt.
Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, flip and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until crisp.
