Easy Jalapeño Lime Marinade

Ingredients

  • Juice and Zest from 1 lime about 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeño seeded and diced or 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños

Instructions

  • Combine the lime juice, zest, olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and cumin. 
  • Add the chopped green onions and seeded jalapeño to the marinade and stir well. 
  • Pour the marinade over the meat or vegetables and chill 30 minutes to 4 hours for the best flavor.
