Ingredients

large cucumber
thinly sliced
1
(15 ounce) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

cup
cherry tomatoes
quartered

tablespoons
olives
sliced
1/2
cup
crumbled Feta cheese
1/8
cup
olive oil
2
teaspoons
lemon juice
1
clove
of garlic
minced
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a jar with a screw top combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and Italian seasoning. Shake until the ingredients are combined.
Add the cucumber, chickpeas, tomatoes, olives and feta in a bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
