Ingredients

  • 1 cup grapefruit 1 medium grapefruit
  • 1/2 large carrot
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh ginger peeled

Instructions

  • Peel and segment your grapefruit over a bowl. Discard grapefruit skin, seeds, and bitter inner skin.
  • Add grapefruit segments, juice, and all other ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until smooth. *If you need to add a little bit of liquid to help it blend, you can add water, milk, or juice. This likely isn't needed if you have a high-powdered blender.

This makes one large smoothie or two small servings.
