- 4 russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wash the potatoes and thinly slice the potatoes leaving 1/2 inch at the base of the potato. Take care not to cut all the way through the potato.
Melt the butter and add the garlic, rosemary, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees for 3 minutes. Carefully add the sliced potato to the preheated air fryer basket. Brush with half the butter mixture and cook 10 minutes.
Open the air fryer basket and brush with the garlic butter again. Cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until they are fork tender.
Brush with any remaining garlic butter before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
