Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla regular, low carb or gluten free
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 3 slices black forest ham
  • 3-4 slices salami
  • 3-4 slices pepperoni
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • 1-2 pepperoncini peppers sliced
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  • Layer the tortilla with the cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, peppers and Italian seasoning to taste. Roll tightly and slice.
