Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar maple syrup, sliced fruit, chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 3 minutes. Spray your bucket or racks with oil.
  • In a small bowl (or a shallow dish if you'd like to save a dish), mix together your eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. One at a time, dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  • Place the egg-soaked bread into the air fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking another 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove from air fryer and add your preferred toppings. Serve immediately!
