  • 1 pound small Brussels sprouts cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Asian Dipping Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

  • To make the sauce: combine the mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce and toasted sesame oil. Taste and add additional chili garlic sauce or sesame oil as needed.
  • To assemble the sprouts: top the crispy sprouts with sesame seeds, chopped peanuts and green onions if desired. Serve with the cold dipping sauce.
