Ingredients
1poundsmall Brussels sproutscut in half
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonsoy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Asian Dipping Sauce
1/4cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonchili garlic sauce
1teaspoontoasted sesame oil
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 3 minutes. While the air fryer is preheating cut the sprouts in half, toss with oil, soy sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the sprouts evenly in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes open the basket and shake or toss the sprouts and cook an additional 4-6 minutes until done to your liking.
To make the sauce: combine the mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce and toasted sesame oil. Taste and add additional chili garlic sauce or sesame oil as needed.
To assemble the sprouts: top the crispy sprouts with sesame seeds, chopped peanuts and green onions if desired. Serve with the cold dipping sauce.
