Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup fruit juice such as white grape juice, pineapple juice, apple juice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
