Homemade Keto BBQ Rub

This easy paleo, low-carb & BBQ dry rub is made from pantry staple ingredients and goes great on pork, beef, chicken, & vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar monk fruit
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Combine all of the spices in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months

Notes

2 tablespoons of this rub contains 1.6 net carbs. 
Good for 12-14 pounds of meat.
