Keto Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole with Cauliflower Rice

2. Heat a large ovenproof skillet to high heat, add the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until translucent and fragrant
3. Add cauliflower rice, salt, and pepper and cook another 10-15 minutes, until rice is tender and all the water is gone. Once the water has all cooked out, add minced garlic, stir and cook another 2 minutes, until fragrant
4. Turn the heat down to medium and add milk, garlic powder, curry powder, lemon juice, cream cheese, and greek yogurt. Combine everything very well.
5. Oven-Safe Skillet: Add the steamed broccoli and cooked chopped chicken to the skillet and combine again. Top with cheese and cover skillet with foil. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
